Multiple
Services has been involved in serving Kansas City area
mailrooms for over 30 years. The company was originally founded
in 1976 to provide service on Pitney Bowes mailing equipment.
Today, we continue to provide service and products to area companies
from small, one-person offices to some of the area's largest
companies. Our
staff is eager to work with you to provide cost-effective and
responsive service.
Our philosophy has always been focused on customer service. Things that we do differently from many of our competitors:
- When you call Multiple Services
Mailing Equipment, the phone is answered by a real person,
not a machine. If you have a special need or unusual urgency
to your service request, there is a human being on the other
end of the phone to understand your situation and make sure
that we are as responsive as possible.
- Our commitment to a two-hour response
time on service calls - the fastest of any company in the
Kansas City area.
- We always offer both a purchase and a
lease option on equipment. Many companies in our industry
push leasing because it makes it easier to upgrade customers
to a more expensive machine at the end of the lease. We
offer the option to lease if you want to use that to improve
cash flow, but we also offer purchase if you prefer to own
your equipment.
- We tell you about all of the costs of
the equipment up front. We believe in a "no surprises" approach
to selling and servicing equipment.
- We have more service staff than sales
staff. Most equipment companies are focused on selling equipment
and see service as a "necessary evil" of equipment sales.
Since we started out as a service only company, and then
added equipment sales, we are still focused first and foremost
on service and our staffing demonstrates that commitment.
